Beginning at the 90-day mark, Nikki is available for unlimited scheduled phone calls, access to our Recommended Vendor List and more!

Event Coordination Package
$1,500

This package includes:
- Event Coordination Services to begin 90 days prior to your event date
- Communication and support with Vendors, Venue Logistics and Vendor Referrals
- Event Day Timeline Creation
- Assistance with basic event decorating setup if needed (Table signage, placing centerpieces and table runners)
- 6 Hours of onsite Event Coordination on your Event Day
- One onsite Venue Visit prior to your Event Date

Content Creation

NMG Marketing and Events is ecstatic to offer Event and Branding Content Creation Services!

With simply the use of an iPhone, Nikki has over six years of experience creating exciting content via photos and short reels with an eye for design and she is so excited to use her skillset to bring you some extra footage on your event day or for your branding session!

Nikki understands the importance of capturing all of the special moments of your event day from the posed portraits to the creative candid photos while also sharing the space with other creative event vendors. The total amount of images and video clips that you will receive from NMG Marketing and Events depends on how many hours of Event Content Creation are booked, but you will receive your full edited gallery in UNDER 7 days!!!

Content Creation Includes:

- Hourly rate of Content Creation Services - $100 / per hour with an additional flat rate of $100 for Editing
- Unlimited scheduled phone calls to discuss your vision and ideal editing preferences
- Creative design from NMG Marketing and Events for any opportune moments to capture unique and beautiful photo and video ideas
- Minimum of images and short video clips to be captured from your Event Day determined by total amount of time booked
- Edited images and short video clips
- Gallery to be received in 7 days after your Event Date

Nikki will be in constant contact with all vendors and ensure that all to- do’s off of the Event Planning Checklist are done in a timely fashion.
Nikki will play a significant role in the Event Planning Process from booking through the very end of your wedding day!

The Full Event Planning Package includes:
- Event Planning Services begin upon booking
- Access to our recommended Vendor List and assistance with sourcing unlimited vendors
-Assistance with Invitation Design
- Event Design
- Communication and support with Vendors, Venue Logistics and Vendor Referrals upon booking
- Event Day Timeline Creation
- Assisting with all Event Day logistics to ensure all event milestones take place
- Assistance with basic event decorating setup if needed (Table signage, placing centerpieces and table runners)
- 16 Hours of onsite Event Coordination on your Event Day
- Two onsite Venue Visits prior to your Event Date

NMG Marketing and Events offers Partial Event Planning Services. This option is typically best for an individual that has either booked their event venue but needs help with finding vendors and/or assistance with decoration design as well - or vice versa!

Nikki will be in constant contact with all vendors and ensure that all to- do’s off of the Event Planning Checklist are done in a timely fashion. Nikki will play a significant role in the Event Planning Process from booking through the very end of your event day!

The Partial Event Planning Package includes:
- Partial Event Planning Services begin upon booking
- Access to our recommended Vendor List and assistance with sourcing up to six vendors
-Assistance with Invitation Design
- Event Design
- Communication and support with Vendors, Venue Logistics and Vendor Referrals upon booking
- Event Day Timeline Creation
- Assisting with all Event Day logistics to ensure all event milestones take place
- Assistance with basic event decorating setup if needed (Table signage, placing centerpieces and table runners)
- 14 Hours of onsite Event Coordination on your Event Day
- Two onsite Venue Visits prior to your Event Date
